​SERVICE AND SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

NOTICE OF POSITION OPENING
SERVICE & SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR (SSA)
DUTIES:
Serves as main point of contact for individuals and their team members and ensures person-centered planning. Completes assessments, evaluations, and other required documents. Develop, review, and revise Individual Service Plans using the OhioISP template and Individual Budgets. Assists individuals in the acquisition of resources and support. Acts as an advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families; assists them in representing themselves. Monitors the delivery of services and support. Provides support to all eligible individuals with developmental disabilities through the 24-hour crisis line, as assigned within departmental on-call rotation. Maintains caseload as assigned. Makes immediate referrals in order to ensure the health and safety of individuals.


QUALIFICATIONS:
– Must be eligible for SSA certification pursuant to OAC 5123:5-02.
– A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required.
– Must possess a valid Ohio Driver’s license and automobile insurance.
– Ability to work within a rotating scheduled 24 hour on-call availability.
– Ability to maintain current First Aid and CPR Certification
– The Service and Support Administrator is expected to uphold the mission and core values of the Marion County Board of Developmental Disabilities and act in a professional, respectful manner. All agency policies, procedures, rules/regulations, and instructions should be followed throughout employment.


WORKDAYS:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., 12 months. Weekends, evenings and holidays as required on-call.


BENEFITS:
OPERS, health, vision, dental, and life insurance, sick leave, vacation, personal days and paid holidays


SALARY SCALE:
Minimum $23.89/hour – Maximum $35.86/hour
