Partnership with Providers

The Marion County Board of Developmental Disabilities’ mission is to ensure opportunities for individuals to live, learn, and earn in our community.

Providing opportunities that promote growth and self-worth. Integrating individuals into the community is a large part of what we do. We do this through partnerships with several providers.

The goal is to increase independence and teach the skills necessary for those served to be productive community members. Enhancing life skills allows greater community integration while increasing confidence and self-advocacy.

Providers assist with transportation, day services, residential services, budgeting, grocery shopping, cooking, first aid, computer and social skills, and much more!

A person has the right to choose their provider and change providers, services, and support at any time (and we can help with that). Below is a list of our providers who are currently serving people with developmental disabilities in Marion County. View a list of statewide providers.
