Jennifer Donelson
Service and Support Administrator (SSA)
Jennifer Donelson brings over two decades of social work experience to her role as a Service and Support Administrator at MCBDD. A Licensed Social Worker since 2003, Jennifer holds both a Bachelor’s (2003) and Master’s (2009) degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University.
Her professional background includes working with individuals from all walks of life, including those facing severe mental illness, substance use challenges, involvement in child welfare, and those in hospital settings. Jennifer joined MCBDD to build meaningful partnerships with the individuals she serves and to advocate for people with developmental disabilities—helping to eliminate barriers and empower them to reach their goals.
Originally from Marion and now living in Waldo, Jennifer is deeply connected to the local community. In her spare time, she volunteers on the Board of Trustees for the Marion Public Library, enjoys reading, and loves supporting her children in their extracurricular activities and sporting events.
Jennifer’s wish for the people she serves is simple yet powerful: to lead fulfilling, meaningful lives.
