Heather Baumgartner

Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human and Social Services from Bowling Green State University and is a Licensed Social Worker in Ohio. Originally from Marion, Ohio, she now resides in Prospect, Ohio.
With 25 years of experience across various fields—including probation, long-term care, Marion County Children Services, and hospice social work—she is driven by a deep passion for helping others.
Baumgartner said, “Joining the MCBDD team allows me to expand my skills and continue supporting the Marion community.”
Her goal as an SSA is to empower individuals with disabilities to live their best lives and connect with the resources needed to achieve their future goals.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys running with her two daughters, Whitley and Lydia.
